Ulan-Ude becomes launch customer of Pk Ts Lionet tram

The exclusive bidder PK TS won a contract to supply 15 trams to Ulan-Ude. The order of 4.98 million rubles was financed mainly through government grants from the Russian Far East Development Department.
PK TS will provide its one-way single-section Lionet model. The 100% low-floor tram is 16.7 meters long and can accommodate 155 passengers, including 40 seats. The first two cars will arrive on September 2 and the remaining 13 will arrive at the end of November.
The Ulan-Ude tram will be the first series of Lionet vehicles. PK TS exhibited its first Lionet at the InnoTrans trade fair in Berlin in September 2018.
