Operating principle of Derek stacked high-frequency vibrating fine screen
The Derek stacked high-frequency vibrating fine screen is graded by five independent screen frames. The slurry is fed from the upper or lower part of the ore separator, evenly divided into multiple channels through the separator, and then enters multiple feeders through feeding hoses. The feeder evenly sprinkles the slurry onto the upper end of the sieve surface. The material on the screen surface is subjected to continuous high-frequency and small amplitude vibrations, causing continuous jumps on the inclined screen surface, resulting in the dispersion of the material. Fine grained materials pass through the sieve holes during the mixing process, which is called under screen products.
