Expansion joint device

Expansion joints device compensates heat expansion cold shrink of longitudinal length to contact rail caused by environmental temperature change and locomotive operation process. It ensures normal mechanical and electrical continuously connected in a different environment and locomotive running environment, and also ensures the safe operation of the locomotive. According to different usage location, expansion joints is divided into expansion joints for conductor rails and expansion joints for grounding rail. Body of expansion joints is made of 06Cr19Ni10. The joints of cable connecting plate adopt copper and aluminum transition form.

High-speed ramps
|
High-speed ramps is used to guide vehicles collector shoe to enter/leave steel/aluminum contact rail . It can bear certain mechanical tension, realize the transit smoothly of vehicle collector shoe. At the place of each single opening turnout, need two sets (four pcs) high-speed ramps. At each place where rail broken needs to install one set (two pcs) high-speed ramps.The body of high-speed ramps is made of 06Cr19Ni10.
